Controller and purposes

Ramón Carmona Márquez, at Torre de los Siete Suelos 9, Esc. 2, 2.º A, 18008 Granada, Spain, is responsible for contact enquiries and rights requests at rcmgranada@gmail.com. Hosting may process IP addresses, access times and technical data needed to serve and secure the website. Optional Google Analytics 4 measures basic page visits only after you accept analytics. No Google script or analytics ping loads before acceptance or after refusal. Advertising features, Google Signals, form interaction measurement and enhanced measurement are disabled. No automatic external embeds are used.

Email and legal basis

There is no automatic enquiry submission or mailing list. A mail link opens your email application; you review and decide whether to send. We receive only the data you choose to send. Enquiries and necessary technical security rely on the legitimate interest of responding and protecting the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), subject to your right to object; requested precontractual steps, where applicable, rely on Article 6(1)(b), and legal duties on Article 6(1)(c). Do not send sensitive data or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.

Providers and retention

Hostinger hosting and Google email operate according to their roles and conditions. Any applicable international transfer must use safeguards under GDPR Chapter V. Enquiries are kept for the time needed to answer and follow up, then only for applicable legal obligations or liability periods with restricted access. Analytics retention and controls

The browser stores your analytics choice for 180 days so it can honour acceptance or refusal. Google Analytics uses first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies for visitor/session measurement, with lifetimes up to two years subject to browser limits and service settings. The property is configured to retain both user-level and event-level detail for two months, with no restart on new activity; aggregated reporting may be retained longer. Cookie settings lets you reject or withdraw; withdrawal disables measurement, removes accessible Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the Google runtime.
